Parand Golden Flour Factory is situated in Parand Industrial Town, Tehran province in a land area of 17000 sq. /m with a daily nominal capacity of 300 tons. The factory uses the best wheat available for the production of flour.
Furthermore, it’s worth mentioning that Parand Golden Flour possess HACCP-ISO 2200, ISO 9001 and Environmental ISO 14000.
This factory’s flour which is one of the best quality ones in Iran is being sold in 3 types of traditional bread, industrial bread and pastry in 80 percent of Iran’s provinces.

Wheat Importation

Considering the history of Holding in the production of flour and in order to boost the quality of same, measures have been taken for the importation of wheat from Russia, Kazakhstan, Australia, etc.

Export

Due to the top quality and high standard of Parand Golden Flour, other than selling domestically, this complex has started exporting flour to neighboring countries such as Iraq for the past years.

Laboratory

The factory is equipped with a quality control laboratory.The raw materials and the products are continuously checked along with the wheat which goes under accurate examination before granting permission to be stored.

Expeditions (Scientific Trips)

In order to enhance the knowledge and experience of bakers, Parand Golden Flour factory has planned to arrange scientific trips for potential bakers. Accordingly, as mentioned earlier, a number of bakers were dispatched to France and during their visit, in addition to learning techniques of baking bread in France; they taught techniques of baking Iranian domestic breads to French bakers. Furthermore, baking bread with Parand Golden Flour was taught to Iraqi bakers during the stay of a few Iranian bakers in Iraq.

Bakers’ Educational Academy under License of Baguette Academy, France

One of the most important measures taken by Hajiaghazadeh holding and Parand Golden Flour Factory is education based and scientific look at bread and flour industry. Therefore, for the first time in Iran and with the support of Mr. Emmanuel Tertrais the managing director of Baguette Academy, the complex decided to dispatch a number of superior bakers to France for training. Subsequent to the above successful program, Hajiaghazadeh holding decided to establish a specialized training academy in the field of flour and bread industry.
Parand Golden Flour unit hopes to establish new measures in terms of launching smart management systems in bakeries and to innovate reforms in packaging and transport of flour.
